Our Red and Rosé wines from the Toledo region, with their origin guarantee in Mentrida (one of the first wine-producing regions from Spain) are made with traditional wine production processes. The Red and Rosé wines are elaborate consisting of excellent quality Garnach grapes with their intrinsic characteristics that provide the wines with an exceptional sweetness, body, texture, and aroma. The dry farming characteristics of the region provide the grape, in its production process, a higher alcohol graduation (14.5%). In addition, this particular grape variant gives competitive advantages such as its low volatile sourness that avoids spoiling the wine.
